Rajjorshi Dasguupta is a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) with more than 35 years industry experience in senior leadership positions in the corporate world. He has also taught Management for 5 years in Delhi University and Jamia Hamdard University as a Visiting Professor of Marketing. 

Mr. Dasguupta took keen interest in people development in his long journey in the industry and the academic world. According to him, the realization of full human potential depends on a well-informed career choice that should start as soon as a child steps into ‘teens’. Rajjorshi Dasguupta discovered his passion for counselling when he came across thousands of youngsters at job interviews and lecture sessions who were straying into career paths not meant for them; later realizing their mistake when it was too late.  He firmly believes professional counselling is as much a necessity for every school and college student as the need for good education.
